Our youngest students get an age-appropriate introduction to Taekwondo built around play, movement, and listening. TKD Tots classes are designed to develop the foundational skills that carry students into the full Kids Program — all in a safe, encouraging, and nurturing environment.

Ages 6–11

KIDS
PROGRAM

Our flagship program for school-age students is built on a structured belt curriculum that balances real Taekwondo technique with the character development that makes Sun Lee different. Every single class ends with a Mat Chat — a focused conversation about a core value that students are expected to practice and live outside the dojo.

Teens Program — Sun Lee Taekwondo
Ages 12–17

TEENS
PROGRAM

The Teen Program challenges students in ways that go beyond the physical. Training at this level develops the mental fortitude, focus, and self-confidence that teenagers need to handle pressure on and off the mat. Instruction is more intensive, technique demands are higher, and the character expectations rise with every belt level.

Adults Program — Sun Lee Taekwondo
Ages 18+

ADULTS
PROGRAM

No prior experience needed. Our Adult Program welcomes complete beginners and experienced practitioners alike. Training focuses on authentic technique, fitness, and the mental discipline that comes from consistent practice. Adults progress through the same belt system as younger students — with instruction calibrated for adult learning styles and physical development.

Competition Team — Sun Lee Taekwondo

Sun Lee Taekwondo fields a competitive team that competes at local, regional, and national tournaments. Led by Master Jason Lee — Vice President of the Texas State Taekwondo Association — our competitive program gives dedicated students the opportunity to test their skills against the best in the state. Open to students of all ages who demonstrate the commitment and skill level required.
